This complex of buildings is unique social, cultural and shopping hub is woven from historic urban fabric. FEDCo team was chosen to develop VFS (Ventilated façade system) which meets the high requirements of architects. The facade cladding was designed of custom weathering panels and it was decided to use a standard system for the substructure.
