Chelsea Barracks P4

Chelsea Barracks Phase 4 consists of three residential buildings arranged around a beautiful private courtyard. Once again, FEDCo team had the opportunity to design plan rooms in all three buildings, this time expanding the scope of work. The designers were charged not only with the development of the combined facade cladding consisting of aluminum panels, acoustic and lamella louvers, but also with the design of the main supporting steel structure. In cooperation with our partners and using BIM modeling, we have created an extremely precise 3D model of the steel structure and after that the production drawings of the highest quality were automatically generated.
