Engineering and design of the ground floor façade and vertical terracotta elements hanged on steel structure. Due to the main structure’s limitation, a steel structure was designed for the terracotta elements, as to carry the glazed façade behind. FEDCo in collaboration with BMCC engineered a 2.8m glass canopy with a single line of support, meeting the project requirements of 4kN/m2 snow load.
