Manchester New Square, located on the corner of Whitworth Street and Princess Street, comprises three residential buildings, surrounding an attractively landscaped and tranquil square. At ground floor level there will be a mixture of artisan restaurants and retailers, along with a private residents’ gym and lounge. FEDCo was chosen for full engineering services for 1200 m² ground floor curtain wall Reynaers CW60 with steel sub constructions and bespoke steel and aluminum screen façades.
