FEDCo was chosen to do a complete design of the entire building with very few exceptions. Our team was also assigned the task of making wind load analysis and structural calculations. The façade cladding is a ventilated façade system realized with Hardy Planck and a standard aluminum substructure. Geometry turned out to be a big challenge for our team here. We had to comply with the numerous windows, terraces, balconies and canopies.
