Tender Drawings
Tender drawings are part of the requirements set by the investor in the estimation process. These drawings transform the architectural vision in technical requirements and generate a preliminary Bill of Materials.
Design Drawings
Design Drawings are a key element in the Façade design. They present the certain engineering solutions affecting the structure and shape of the facade in every aspect of it. The connection between facade and main structure is shown by views, plans, sections and details.
Workshop drawings
illustrate the processing required to produce each component of the façade. Since each building is unique in its own identity, the workshop drawings are assembled in work packages based on the façade type, installation schedule, type of material, etc.
Installation Plans
The installation drawings clearly show the position of each of the elements, the manner and order of their installation. These drawings show the installation of brackets, unitize or stick systems, glazing, both to the base structure and to each other.
3D models and BIM
3D modeling is a digital reproduction of complex façade or zone of it. It is a precise tool providing solutions for complex solid and freeform surfaces.
Engineering Support
We have the ability to support you through our network of engineering companies. Wind load analysis, structural calculation of aluminum and steel members, variety type of brackets, glass structural calculations, thermal performance of overall system with regard to surface condensation risk.
Bill of Material
The quantitative bills of material we provide are expressed in optimization to minimize the waste. It is possible to make order lists for individual work packages, types of materials or facade groups.
Consultation and follow-up
Being involved at an early stage of the project can result in an overall time and resource optimization, as well as we can offer online and on-site visitations and support, reassuring the design’s execution and following overall performance.
