Designing everything from plant room claddings to bullet proof VIP airline terminal’s facades, Kaloyan take every challenge. Knowing the process from the preliminary tender drawings till the last fabrication and installation plans he organize the design recourses to not only meet the deadline, but also adopt the work of our design teem according to the needs of the different fabricators.

ILIYA BALAKOV

Managing Partner | Technical Manager 

Iliya is a structural engineer with a strong background in façade design. He has developed and managed numerous projects for a variety of façade contractors. He has participated in the development of systems for system suppliers and has experience in creating bespoke solutions in order to meet clients’ needs.

NIKOLAY DONCHEV

Managing Partner | Project Manager 

Nikolay has strong background in managing various projects – exterior and interior. His skills give value in terms to negotiate the right price and deliver a project within the deadline. His experience gives us the ability to predict and inform our clients about the impact of each deviation and proposal throughout the process.

VESELKA AMPOVSKA

Facade Designer 

Veselka graduated master degree in structural engineering. Her consistency contributes to the quality of the whole teamwork. With her knowledge of the building structures and materials, she participates in the thermal analyses for a variety of projects.

LILI GORNAKOVA

Facade Designer 

With a passion for 3D modeling, Lili makes detailed models of complex façade structures. Her knowledge allows us to automate and provide thousands of drawings for numerous fabricators.

AYSHE AYANSKA

Senior Structural Engineer

She creates designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments. Use her specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.

CVETELINA LOZANOVA

Facade Designer

Preparation of design and shop drawings for new projects based on approved concept drawings and in accordance with Approved Construction, Architectural drawings and Specifications and as per Architect and Consultant requirements.

Niki Koleshanski

Facade Designer

Niki a structural engineer with a passion for façade design. He has worked on projects all around the globe – from New York to Tel Aviv. Within his years of experience he has worked with multiple façade contractors and has gained the skills and foresight to tackle every unforeseen event that might occur in your project.

Martina Mandzhukova

Facade Designer

Martina is passionate about building envelopes. Motivated professional with willingness to join challenging international and local projects.
